There are many destinations in Korea where you can experience the beauty of Spring: Jeju Canola Blossoms, Jinhae Gunhangje in Jinhae, Gyeongju Cherry Blossom, Bomun Lake Resort, Gyeonghwa Station, Garden of the Morning Calm, Oedo Botania, Mt. Maisan Provincial Park, and Goyang International Flower Foundation.
Moreover, Korea has also a number of festivals during Spring: Gwangyang International Maehwa Festival, Taean Tulip Festival, Hapcheon Hwangmaesan Royal Azalea Festival, Shinan Tulip Festival, Yeongchwisan Azalea Festival, Gurte Sansuyu Festival, Hallim Park Tulip Festival, Everland Tulip Festival, Boseong Green Tea Festival, and the most famous “Yeouido Spring Flower Festival.”
The places mentioned above can be found in different places in Korea. But if you are in Seoul, and you have limited time, I suggest that you visit the places in Seoul Area. The places to visit are: Yeouido’s Yunjung-ro Cherry Blossom Tunnel, Namsan Mountain’s Cherry Blossoms and Forsythias, Kyunghee University’s Cherry Blossom Road, Changgyeonggung Palace’s Cherry Blossoms, and Spring Flower Tour at Ilsan Lake Park.
Among the places mentioned, I can say that the Yeouido Island is the most popular of all. In fact, it is known as the “Manhattan of Seoul” and “Korea’s Wall Street”. Besides the viewing the Cherry Blossoms in Yunjung-ro Path, there are lots of things you can do in the Island.

Check out some of the cool and cheap tours you could do in Seoul.
1. Take a picture on the Yungjung-ro Cherry Blossom Walkway.
2. Visit some broadcasting networks.
3. Rent a bike or an in-line skate.
4. Eat street foods.
5. Watch the street performers.
6. Visit the Yeouido Park.
7. Shop at IFC building.
8. Visit the statue of King Sejong.
9. Have your own caricature
There are three options:
1. National Assembly Station (Subway Line 9), Exit 1 or 6. (I recommend this option because it’s the nearest station to the Yunjung-ro Cherry Blossom path)
2. Yeoinaru Station (Subway Line 5), Exit 1
3. Yeouido Station (Subway Line 5 or 9), Exit 2

They have a variety of street foods. The most famous street food there is called Beondegi. Beondegi are steamed or boiled silk worm or pupae.
